In February 2021, the cabin I had started building in December 2018 wasn't finished, but it had four walls and a roof. I still needed to complete the inside, which was filled with tools, tiles, buckets, lumber, etc. I had cleared only one small area for my small bed, where my dogs and I slept, and another even smaller area near a window for a single block and a box, in which I kept my laptop, phone, notes, calendar, etc. I sat on that block with my laptop on my lap and wrote Languages & Life Lessons. By the time I was ready to format my manuscript and design my cover in September, I finally had a desk and still no chair: I used two blocks instead of one and had to sit straight to reach my desk.
